On very rare occassions our on-line stock system may reflect a product is in stock inaccurately, we will contact you by return e-mail to inform you that the product is out of stock.

Payment

Haboo Limited accepts payment by VISA, MasterCard, Laser, Cheque and Postal Order.  If you fax or post your order we will also accept payment by Cheque or Postal Order made payable to 'Haboo Limited'. VAT is charged at the current rate where applicable and included in the quoted price of the product. Goods will only be dispatched once payment has been received in full.

Haboo Limited has made all reasonable efforts to ensure each photograph accurately reflects the product on offer on their website. 

Delivery Information

Haboo Limited offer a service of gift wrapping and message card, please let us know if you wish to avail of this service. 

Every possible care will be taken in the packaging of your order.  Orders will be dispatched immediately if in stock, if they are any issues concerning your order we will contact you directly.  Orders for furniture can take up to 8 weeks depending on stock levels. 

Couriered Delivery Service

Haboo Limited avails of a Courier Delivery Service for all orders within Ireland, with a maximum three day delivery service from time of dispatch.  We highly recommend that you advise of a business address for the goods to be delivered in order to ensure a prompt service.  A mobile telephone number is also a prerequisite to delivery to ensure you are at home or someone is at the delivery address.  Delivery rates to the UK and Europe are dependent on size of goods.  Please contact Haboo to confirm shipping rates prior to placing an order.

Couriered Delivery Rates

Order Value

• Up to and including €200 - €8.50

• In excess of €200 and up to and including €350 - €25

• In excess of €350 and up to and including €750 - €50

• In excess of €750 - €85-€130 depending on value

Assembly Rates

Some furniture comes flat packed and requires home assembly.  If you require assembly please contact Haboo Limited directly and we will arrange for the assembly of your furniture.  The following rates apply:

• Bed or single item     -           €15

• Suite of Furniture       -           €80

Returns

In accordance with The European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 97/7/EC) (put in link) unwanted or unsuitable products may be returned to Haboo Limited within 7 working days of receipt as long as the goods are not opened and the packaging remains in an ‘as new’ state. Goods must be returned at your own expense. This excludes personalised items which have been customised to a requested specification and perishable items.

If your item is damaged or faulty, please contact us within those 7 days and we will organise a repair, replacement or a refund. If you wish to return your item, for whatever reason, please include all original packaging and labeling and send to:

Law

These conditions, and all acts of Haboo Limited, its Directors and Employees, shall be governed and construed in every way in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Ireland.
